A 4-Session Art-based Therapy Program for Confidence Building & Self-Esteem
This 4-day group art-based therapy program is designed to help children ages 8-12 build confidence, embrace imperfections, and develop a strong sense of belonging. Through painting and creative exercises, participants will explore themes of self-expression, resilience, self-love, and the beauty of individuality.
The program emphasizes:
Each 3-hour session includes a 2-hour painting activity with guided discussion, a take-home craft, and a snack.
Goal: Recognizing and celebrating inner strengths. | Goal: Embracing imperfection and developing resilience. |
Goal: Encouraging self-acceptance and positive self-talk. | Goal: Reinforcing belonging and celebrating personal growth. |
Parent Meet & Greet: Monday June 16th 8 - 9am
June 16 - 19th 9am - 12pm

With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), Nicole brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
As both a therapist and artist, Nicole is uniquely positioned to bridge the worlds of mental health and creativity. Her passion for helping people thrive and her love for guiding creative expression come together in our therapy sessions, offering a safe, supportive space for guided personal growth.
Through the integration of art therapy techniques and art-based interventions in therapy, Nicole provides an opportunity for individuals to build upon emotional intelligence and the emotional resources needed to overcome life’s many challenges—all within the welcoming and inspiring atmosphere of Studio Vino.
