Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled class, you will be offered a refund or credit. We do not guarantee refunds; however, we carefully consider each request and may offer a refund at the owner’s discretion. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled class, you can receive a credit valid for one year from the date of your originally scheduled class. No-shows will not receive a refund or a credit. You must cancel in writing by emailing us at info@studiovino.biz.
If at least 5 painters are not registered for a class 24-hours prior to its start time, Studio Vino reserves the right to cancel the class. You will be offered a refund or credit if the class is cancelled by Studio Vino. All those who have registered will be contacted by Studio Vino.
Canvas Trade-In Program
Trade in two (2) 16x20 canvases for one (1) free drink or one (1) 16x20 canvas for 50% off one drink up to a $6 value. Limit one (1) drink offer per person, per class. Canvases must be 16x20 in size and may be painted or unpainted. Offer valid only during painting classes. No cash value. Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Special promotions may be offered from time to time; please monitor your email and our social media channels for updates on these offers. Studio Vino reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without notice.
Rewards Program
You can earn a free class at Studio Vino when you purchase six classes at full price with a punch card. Purchases for private parties do not count toward rewards. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, including buy-one-get-one offers. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash. We cannot be responsible for lost rewards cards. Use of the card and participation in the rewards program constitutes acceptance of all program rules. Studio Vino reserves the right to make changes to the rewards program at any time without notice.
Food & Drink
Our licensing requires that all alcohol be provided or sold by Studio Vino. We cannot allow any outside alcohol into the studio. You are welcome to bring snacks to any class, but the food must be prepared in a licensed kitchen, i.e. restaurant, caterer, grocery store, etc. We also ask that you let us know in advance if you want to bring in food so that we can set up a table for you if necessary. Please contact us for additional information about this policy.
Alcohol
All guests wishing to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages must be 21 or older and present a valid I.D. at check-in.
Minimum Age
All classes are available to all ages. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during evening class times (unless otherwise pre-approved).
Boutique Return & Exchange Policy
Receipt or original payment method (credit card) required for all returns and exchanges. Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or full refund. No returns accepted after 30 days.

Studio Vino is committed to the protection of the personally identifiable information that you share with us. We utilize a combination of security technologies, procedures and organizational measures to help protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers with limited access. Personal information, for example, credit card information, sent over the internet is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
