We understand that plans can change. Our reservation and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our guests and our small business. Please take a moment to review the information below before booking.
Reservations are required for all Studio Vino classes and experiences. Your seat is reserved once your registration is complete. Because we prepare materials specifically for each guest, we encourage booking in advance whenever possible.
Walk-ins may be accommodated if space is available but are not guaranteed.
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled class, you may request either a refund or studio credit. Refunds are not guaranteed. We carefully review each request and may approve a refund at the owner's discretion.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled class, you can receive a studio credit valid for one year from the date of your original class.
Guests who do not attend their scheduled class without notifying us are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund or studio credit.

If at least 5 painters are not registered for a class 24-hours prior to its start time, Studio Vino reserves the right to cancel the class. You will be offered a refund or credit if the class is cancelled by Studio Vino. We'll notify you as soon as possible and help you find another class that works for your schedule.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class begins.
Because our instructors teach step by step, arriving late may make it difficult to catch up. While we'll do our best to help you join the class, we cannot guarantee extra instruction for missed portions of the project.
Because of our liquor license, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the studio. Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase during your visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with state licensing requirements.
Unused boutique merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final for clearance products.
A receipt and the original payment method is required for all returns and exchanges.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 30 days.

Absolutely! If you're attending with friends or family, we'll do our best to seat your group together. Simply let us know who you're attending with by using the Comments box during checkout. If you've already booked and need to add a note, feel free to contact us before your class, and we'll be happy to help.
We recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little paint on. We provide aprons for every guest and do everything we can to protect your clothing, but accidents can happen.
You're welcome to bring snacks or food from a licensed restaurant, grocery store, caterer, or other licensed kitchen. If you're planning to bring food for a group, we appreciate a heads-up so we can help prepare a space if needed.

Everyone is welcome! All of our painting classes are open to guests of all ages. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during evening classes unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you have any accessibility needs or accommodations that would help make your visit more enjoyable, please let us know in the comments when booking or contact us by phone, text, or email before your visit. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of your event. Tipping is always optional, but greatly appreciated by our team.
Earn a free class by purchasing 6 full-price classes with your Studio Vino rewards card. Ask a studio host for a rewards card during your next visit.
Private parties do not qualify toward rewards, and rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Rewards cards have no cash value and cannot be replaced if lost. Studio Vino reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
Bring back your creativity! Trade in two 16×20 canvases for one free drink (up to a $6 value), or trade in one 16×20 canvas for 50% off one drink (up to a $6 value).
Canvases may be painted or unpainted but must be 16×20 in size. The offer is valid during painting classes only, is limited to one drink offer per person, per class, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Most Studio Vino classes last about two hours, unless otherwise noted. We do our best to finish on time, but every class moves at its own pace, so some experiences may run a little longer.

Don't worry! Our instructors are there to guide you every step of the way, and most guests finish their projects during class. If you need a little extra help, we'll do everything we can to assist you. For some specialty crafts, you may complete the finishing touches at home.
