Celebrate Together

We have several spaces available depending on the size and type of your celebration. Our private party room and crafting area can each accommodate up to 16 guests, while our main stage can accommodate up to 30 guests. We’ll help you choose the space that works best for your group.

The more notice, the better, especially if you have a specific date or time in mind. We typically book private events up to 6–8 months in advance, but we can often accommodate last-minute celebrations when space and instructors are available. Reach out anytime, and we’ll be happy to see what we can make work for your group.

Private events can be scheduled during or outside of our regular business hours, based on availability. We host regularly scheduled public painting classes each week, which may limit availability during certain times, but we’ll work with you to find a date and time that works best for your group.

Not quite. Submitting the party form lets us know your preferred date and time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Your event is officially reserved once we have confirmed availability with you and your deposit has been paid.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your event and will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

No. You’ll only pay for guests who participate in the painting or crafting experience. Friends and family are welcome to join the celebration without participating at no additional cost. Party minimums still apply.

No problem! Your final balance will be adjusted based on the number of guests who participate, so you’ll only pay for those who take part in the creative experience. Party minimums still apply, even if your final guest count falls below the required minimum.

You can choose whichever payment option works best for your group. The host can pay for the entire event, or we can provide a private registration link so guests can register and pay individually. When using individual registration, no deposit is required; however, the host is responsible for any remaining balance needed to meet the party minimum.

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your event. Tipping is always optional, but greatly appreciated by our team.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are nonrefundable at Studio Vino’s discretion; however, the value of your deposit can be transferred to a future event date. Please review our Policies & Procedures page for complete cancellation and rescheduling details.

A room rental includes use of the reserved space for your scheduled event time. Painting, crafting, instruction, and creative supplies are not included. If you’d like to add a creative experience to your event, one of our Painting or Crafting Party options would be a better fit.

For painting parties, we’ll send you a link to our gallery where you can choose the painting for your group. If you have something special in mind, we can also create a custom painting for your event with advance notice. For crafting parties, you can explore the available projects on our Crafting page. Advance notice of your craft selection is preferred but not required; however, available inventory may be limited without advance notice.

For painting parties, the group will create the same selected painting, with plenty of room for each guest to personalize it along the way. For crafting parties, guests are welcome to choose different projects based on their interests and available inventory.

Absolutely! Children are welcome at private events, and we’re happy to host celebrations just for them, too. From birthday parties to family gatherings, we’ll help you choose a painting or craft experience that works well for your group.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring snacks or food from a licensed restaurant, grocery store, caterer, or other licensed kitchen. If you’re planning to bring food for your group, we appreciate a heads-up so we can help prepare a space if needed.

Because of our liquor license, outside alcohol is not permitted. Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the studio.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring decorations to personalize the space for your celebration. Decorations cannot create holes or cause damage to the walls or other studio surfaces. If you’re unsure about a particular decoration, just ask us ahead of time.

For Painting and Crafting Parties, outside projects, activities, and creative supplies are not permitted. If you’re booking a Room Rental and would like to bring your own supplies or activities, please let us know in advance so we can make sure they’re appropriate for the space.

The party host may arrive up to 30 minutes before the scheduled event time for setup. We ask that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins so everyone has time to get settled and we can start on time. Please plan accordingly, as arriving late may affect the time available for your creative experience.

We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy. Aprons are available for all guests to use, but paint and crafting materials can sometimes find their way beyond the apron, so please dress accordingly.

Yes! Additional event time may be added in 30-minute increments, based on availability. Extra time must be arranged in advance so we can make sure the space is available for your group.

For Painting and Crafting Parties, we’ll have all materials and supplies ready for your group when you arrive, and we’ll take care of cleaning up the creative materials afterward. For Room Rentals, basic cleanup of the space is included; however, guests are responsible for removing personal items, decorations, food, and other materials brought in for the event.

You’re welcome to choose the type of music you’d like to enjoy during your event from our available music stations. Because Studio Vino is required to use commercially licensed music, guests are not able to connect or play their own personal playlists.

We’ll bring all of the materials and supplies needed for your creative experience. The host or venue will need to provide tables and access to water for the event. Please note that Studio Vino cannot provide or sell alcohol at Mobile Parties.
