In order to increase the amount of live entertainment and cultural activity happening on and around Mill Avenue, the Downtown Tempe Community (DTC) is reinvigorating and utilizing the empty Harkins Theater space into the Mill Avenue District Community Arts Project (MADCAP Theaters). 	In February 2009, Studio Vino partnered with Four Peaks and host Changing Hands to create an event focused on wine and beer pairings.
